To pack the project under a single flat prefabricated structure (designed in order to comply with the tight construction timetable) allowed achieving different heights for different spaces, given that topography imposed a variety of floor levels. This way the hall and the playground porch can be higher than the rest of the spaces. In the administration area, the gap between the offices' ceiling and the outer roof is used for mechanical equipment and solar panels.

Concerning the arranging of uses, the goal is clarity and zoning. Using a comb-like scheme independence between learning, service and administration area is achieved. The vestibule is intended to be the place for connection with the future extension of the school, hence its location at the middle of the general plot. En front of the entry the roof extend and creates an ample porch that shapes an institutional image for the building.
