A long central passageway will cross the building at every floor, connecting courtyards and staircases and bringing to fruition the characteristic light and shadow alternation of Mediterranean urban spaces. These corridors, both for circulating and staying, allow for overlooking the public exterior communal space through several opening carved on façades. Patios along the corridors work as their extensions. At the higher section of the building, the corridor opens to a bigger single courtyard at the middle.

The apartments have all its rooms, except bathrooms open, to the exterior façades. Inner courtyards allow for cross ventilation in every dwelling. The U-shaped block surrounds a gardened communal space. Connected with it, an ample porch occupies the central section at the ground floor.
