It is essential in every public building to achieve a simple and intuitive layout of circulations that allows the user for easy orientation. Our proposal is arranged around the crossing of two paths. One is parallel to the main façade, comprised by the interior corridors that are naturally lighted by the porches and atria that intrude into them. The other one is perpendicular to the corridors, adapts to the slope and links the collective spaces: the entry porch, the main atrium, the bridge that connects two levels and the playground. In the angle where both circulations meet the main staircase is located. Only two wide staircases solve the whole structure.

Though the building does not surpass the maximum gross floor area permitted we provide several non-required extra spaces to let collective activities find their best way. The project’s cross section shows how adaptation to slope is used to create a clear continuity between strong public scale spaces: the entry porch, the double height atrium connected to another similar atrium upstairs, the playground, etc. This is a sequence intended to be somehow the extension of the public space outside the plot.
