The overall plan for the area directed to a closed block scheme, around a central single courtyard, but we proposed to fragment the layout, creating a sequence of three courtyards and three ample porches, linked by an open-plan ground floor. This way it is possible to cross the complex along a central pedestrian north-south passageway that connects all its communal spaces.

This strategy of fragmentation allows for a maximum number of dwellings with a South façade. Circulation uses open corridors that widen in front of every apartment so as to enhance the possibility of communal interaction. Fragmentation also appears in the way the main façade to the boulevard is designed. It comprises three detached towers.
