A serene architecture consisting of two parallel buildings in the longest direction of the block, two white prisms with horizontal windows flying over the base of yellow brick and, in terms of proportions and finishing, is read as the ending of the historic district of San Jerónimo.

The galleries of access to housing and the towers that are across the courtyard have been designed as transparent as possible, so that the ground floor, almost completely permeable, makes the perception and use of the courtyard unique, similar to Seville’s passageways under the galleries of the collective housing in the historic center.
