The general layout is inspired by the way both the blocks of San Isidoro quarter and the adjoining school are arranged. They are linear buildings, parallel to contour lines and facing ample public spaces along their long façades. This way a series of gardened squares in different levels are set, adapting the whole to the plot`s topography.

Three blocks are built, each one of them composed by two parallel 45 x 7 x 12 mts prisms that are connected by open corridors along a service linear courtyard. A pedestrian path drills the blocks at the center of their ground floor and a parallel road for vehicles crosses their ends at the level of the semi-basement, where the accesses to the garages are.

The layout simplicity makes the use of prefabricated hollow slabs feasible. The colour layout of façades is a counterpoint to the simplicity of the concrete parallelepipeds. The election of those colours were conditioned by the strict Antequera bylaws that only allow white, beige and sand yellow.
